Description
Excellent company in White Plains, New York is looking to expand its compensation department. Ideal candidates will have 8 to 10 years of comp experience including executive and equity comp background. This search is targeting candidates with hands-on experience dealing with long term incentive programs. Create and prepare complex reports and presentations.
Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written as well as strong analytical skills and capability to contribute to the overall strategy of the business from a compensation and employee retention perspective.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail required. Must be highly organized.
